Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the competition is Sun International (“the Promoter”).
2. The competition is opened to all Hospitali-TEE Lounge ticket holders for the full duration of the Nedbank Golf Challenge (4 – 7 December 2025).

3. Purchase a ticket for the Hospitali-TEE Lounge and automatically stand a chance to win the Garmin Approach R10 Portable Launch Monitor.
4. By purchasing a ticket/s for the Hospitali-TEE Lounge, you can enter your name, surname and contact details at Sun City Welcome Walkway on collection of your armband accreditation.
5. Your details will be entered into a draw to stand a chance to win the Garmin Approach R10 Portable Launch Monitor.
6. The Garmin Approach R10 Portable Launch Monitor Prize is not redeemable for cash.
7. The Garmin Approach R10 Portable Launch Monitor is not transferable. Should you be a winner and unable to take up on the prize. Tournament reserves the right to forfeit the winner and draw a new winner.

Who is Eligible to Enter the Competition

8. All participants in the promotional competition must be over the age of 18 and must reside in the Republic of South Africa.
9. All participants must have purchased a Hospitali-TEE lounge ticket for any dates between and including 4 to 7 December 2025.
10. The following persons, however, are not allowed to enter the competition:

    the directors or members and employees of the Promoter, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. the Promoter’s agents, consultants, marketing service providers (including directors, members, employees, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members); and any company that has supplied any contribution towards the prize (where applicable) (including such company’s employees, business partners or immediate family members of such employees).

Prize Winners

11. The draw for prize winners of the competition will take place on Sunday 7 December 2025 after the golf tournament last ball drops, at the offices of the Promoter.
12. Once we have contacted the winner. The Garmin Approach R10 Portable Launch Monitor will be issued to the winner. If the winner was in one of the previous days, the price will be couriered to your address.
13. The draw will be conducted by means of a random computer-generated draw.
14. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges shall be final and binding on all aspects of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prize winner will be contacted by Jacaranda FM and announced live on radio on Sunday 7 December 2025.
16. If the prize winner cannot be reached after 3 attempts, an alternative winner will be drawn. Prize must be claimed by Friday 5 December 2025.
17. Prizes are not transferable, and any prize not taken up for any reason will be subject to a separate draw and shall be allocated in terms of this competition to an alternative winner. The prizes shall not be exchanged for cash.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar commercial value.
19. Prize winners only qualify to receive the prize once all the prize winner’s details have been verified and confirmed, including compliance with the rules, and satisfying the qualifying criteria set by the Promoter.
20. Prizes will under no circumstances be handed over or paid to a third party and will only be handed over or paid directly to the verified prize winner.
21. In the case where the winner is not able to travel during this period, the Promoter is entitled to select an alternative winner.
22. The prize includes all items as advertised but excludes anything not expressly mentioned.
23. The winner and his/her partner must be available to travel to Sun City Resort over the period of 4 to 7 December 2025.

How to Enter the Competition

24. Purchase your Hospitali-TEE lounge ticket to the Nedbank Golf Challenge.
25. On presentation of a valid Hospitali-TEE Lounge ticket, complete the list with your details at the Sun City Resort’s Welcome Walkway Hospitali-TEE Lounge accreditation collection desk.

General

26. All information relating to this competition published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and condition of entry.
27. The Promoter, its associated companies, its agents, contractors, and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant’s participation in the competition or for any other loss or damage, howsoever arising.
28. The Promoter may require the winners (at no fee) to consent in writing to endorse, promote and/or advertise any service of the Promoter.
29. By submitting your entry, you grant consent for the content you submitted to be used in a tournament activation.
30. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions.
31. If required to do so, because of legislative or regulatory reasons, the promotional competition may be terminated immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights they have as a result of the termination and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents, contractors and/or sponsors.
32. All claims for the prize will be subject to a security and validation check.
33. All participants agree to be bound by these completion rules.
