Jordan Smith will feel right at home at a Nedbank Golf Challenge where he has an impressive record, as well as on South African fairways in general.
The Englishman finished tied sixth in last year’s Nedbank Golf Challenge in honour of Gary Player.
In his six previous appearances in “Africa’s Major” he has further top finishes of tied 12th and tied 13th.
Add this to his several top-10s in other Sunshine Tour events throughout his career, and Smith is a serious contender for Nedbank Golf Challenge glory.
Smith has won twice on the DP World Tour.
He was a keen rugby and football player before taking up golf at the age of 12.
